Fir Tree Cottage currently offers two en-suite doubles. The larger Gainsborough room has a superb king size bed and large en-suite. It has French doors leading out onto a wide balcony with panoramic views of the beautiful, extensive gardens and surrounding countryside. The Winthorpe room has an excellent double bed with the exclusive use of a roof terrace for meals and relaxation. Both rooms have been recently refurbished with en-suite bathrooms.

Whether you are coming for events at the Newark Showground, such as the International Antique Fairs, business or other trade events or for a simple and refreshing get away from city life, Fir Tree Cottage is conveniently accessed from the A1 and the A46 and closer than you think.

There is ample secure parking with space for trailers, this is provided without charge.

If travelling by train, we are happy to collect you from Collingham or either of the Newark stations, by prior arrangement.
